The woman on the phone was extremely kind and helpful explaining step by step what the locksmith will be doing when they arrive at my apartment. The price to help me with opening the door to my locked apartment was not bad at all, especially since they arrived at my apartment to assist me within 20 minutes. The locksmith was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions immediately and thoughly, listing all the possibilities of what could happen when trying to open my lock, as well as suggesting to take a walk down the street to their store so that I could make another set of spare keys - which I definitely did. As far as a stressful and inconvenient experience goes, TeleStar Locksmiths made the entire process quick and painless. I will definitely use them in the future if this ever happens again and will recommend them to anyone in the area who is in need of their services.

I normally don't leave reviews, but Alex is fantastic! I locked myself out of my apartment and he managed to get me in within 5 minutes of showing up. The entire process was very easy and transparent. Not only that, he charged 1/3 of what a different locksmith charged last time this happened a year ago. Highly recommend!

Response time is so quick. Very professional. I couldn't get into my apartment because the bolt at the bottom dropped. And Rick helped me to lift the bolt and kept the damage minimum and saved lots of money.
